I have been working for private families since 2001 in both the UK and the US, as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, and Property Manager. I have set up Charisma Consultants with my wife, Ella, to offer this experience to others and to showcase what I believe is the most important ability I have developed over the years; emotional intelligence. I listen, really listen, and will always provide an opinion based on a genuine care for what I do on behalf of others. The question is not "what would I do", but "what would they want", and the ability to be able to quickly assess and act on that question is something that I have practiced intensively over the years. And I smile a lot too.
