Charisma Consultants was founded by Prof. Arthur Dhanaraj in 1998, which had its office in Nagpur, India.
Prof. Arthur Dhanaraj holds an experience spanning 30 years in the field of Education, Training and Behavioral Science.
He is a Certified Behavioral Consultant. Licensed to administer and process report on DISC Personality Profiles by Institute of Motivational Living Inc., USA.
Certified to administer and train in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI – Basic & Step II) by Association of Psychological Type, 1998.
Certified to administer and process report on 16 Personality Factor – 5th edition
His areas of specialization are Personality types, Management of change, Leadership, Communication skills and Training of Trainers.
His core strength lies in the formation of appropriate tools for the Organizational Diagnosis and the analysis of the data. Even his training programmes are of both diagnostic and remedial nature.

- Trained to administer Programmes in Communication Skills and Management of Change with MoDA - USA, 1997

Prof Arthur Dhanaraj has now moved to USA and is the Vice-President, International Training of Haggai Institute.
Ms. Cheruba Dhanaraj Daniel – Managing Director
Cheruba Dhanaraj Daniel is the co- founder and Director of Charisma Consultants, which presently, has its office in United Arab Emirates.
She holds a degree in Psychology, MBA in Human Resources from Nagpur University, India and Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management (I.R.P.M)
She is the member of ISABS (Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science) and successfully completed the Advanced Behavioral Lab in the year 2003.
Cheruba has over 12 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management, Organisation Development and Training.
Cheruba believes that each one of us is unique, created for a reason, part of an intricate plan. She facilitates people in organisations to discover their unique 'hidden' gifts, 'Charisma'.
Her people skills enable her to identify developmental and training needs through meetings with the Training Head and Senior Management of organisations. Her main expertise is in the area of planning and program development by need analysis, developing content, facilitating training and later on evaluating training effectiveness by ensuring through regular follow ups that the 'trained' participants help the organisation meet its strategic business goals and achieve results.
Her areas of specialisation are on Communication Skills, 'Vision, Mission and SMART Goals', Team Building, Personal Empowerment Programs and Customer Service.
She is the key facilitator for the workshops held in Middle East, India and Sri Lanka.
Mr. Ahmed Baluch – Director – Training & HR
Ahmed, a Kenyan national, currently holds the position of Director – Training & HR Services at Charisma Consultants International, Sharjah (United Arab Emirates) providing consultancy services in Human resource strategies & general practices as well as corporate training and development services.
An inspirational and motivational speaker and entrepreneur, Ahmed's passion is to instil and cultivate transformational culture in people. He is a life coach, a mentor and a trainer to many executives all over the world having trained and coached in excess of 1750 executives from all over the developing countries.
He holds a Computer Science and a Master of Arts degree in Social Sciences.
Prior to his current responsibilities, he worked as a Systems Accountant for fourteen years in Kenya for the second largest Cement Manufacturer in East Africa, General Manager (Corporate Support Services) for a multi-national and leading Logistics & Distribution Company (Dubai) for eight years, and Director (Shared Services) for a Dubai based IT Distribution Company, a subsidiary of MDS group (Middle East Data Systems), Dubai, for eight years.
Ahmed has travelled extensively to train leaders in the US and South East Asia in Leadership and Strategic Management and other soft skills. He has also been a resource trainer for a UK based training & development company, Global Analytics since 2011.
In the social circles, Ahmed was a successful soccer player, having played for top clubs in Kenya for over fifteen years as well as the Kenyan National Team between 1982-1986.
