Charisma Consultants International FZE is a HR Consultancy company in UAE, providing fully integrated human resource solutions.
It was founded by Prof. Arthur Dhanaraj in 1998, and had its office in Nagpur, India. Charisma Consultants is now headed by his daughter, Cheruba Dhanaraj Daniel and has its office in Sharjah, UAE.
We have deep experience working with local and nationwide organizations in manufacturing, technology, hospitality, healthcare, medical, financial services, non-profits, and professional services in Recruitment and Personal & Organizational Development Training.
